Terms and Conditions

  • This ‘Like A Member’ Offer (“Offer”) applies to Hilton Honors members (“Members”) ordering food and beverages at participating owned and managed restaurants and bars (“Outlets”) in hotels and resorts (“Hotels”) within the Hilton portfolio in Asia Pacific from June 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 except in Australasia where Offer is from July 01, 2021 to September 30, 2021.

  • This Offer is not valid at Outlets that are not owned or managed by the Hotels. The following Outlets are not participating in the Offer: (i) all Outlets in Maldives and French Polynesia; (ii) Outlets in Hampton hotels in China; and the following: (iii) all Outlets in Hilton Gyeongju, Segafredo Zanetti – Hilton Tokyo Bay; Glass Brasserie by Luke Mangan – Hilton Sydney; Iggy’s – Hilton Singapore; La Terrasse – Hilton Noumea La Promenade Residences and Hanuman – Doubletree by Hilton Alice Springs. List is subject to change without notice, please check with the Outlets to determine whether they are participating in this Offer.

  • All staying and non-staying Members are entitled to this Offer, which cannot be combined with other member dining benefits, vouchers, promotions, and/or dining program privileges. Members and Silver Members are entitled to a 10% discount off the net prices, while Gold & Diamond Members are entitled to a 25% discount off the net prices. Net price is excluding applicable taxes, service charges and incidental expenses. Taxes, service charges and incidental expenses will be calculated based on the full net prices before any discount is applied.

  • Non-staying members as well as staying guests on ineligible stays (as defined in the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions) can earn 500 Hilton Honors Bonus Points with a minimum spend of USD 25 (net price) (or local currency equivalent). The 500 Hilton Honors Bonus Points can be rewarded only once per each qualified spending/bill. Qualified dining spending of guests on eligible stays at Hotels can be charged to their room to earn Hilton Honors points. For details, please refer to Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions.

  • This Offer in its entirety is only available for Hilton Honors members and only one membership may be used per bill in order to earn Hilton Honors Points. The Member needs to be present for the entirety of the meal and the discount must be processed at the time of bill payment or signing to the guest’s room and cannot be applied retrospectively or through other outlets or areas of the Hotel. The Member must verify their membership through one of the following methods:
    1. Membership tier shown within the Hilton Honors app;
    2. Recent Hilton Honors email that states membership and tier status;
    3. Newly enrolled members at the time of dining can show their Welcome email or membership registration confirmation page.

  • Only one Member from each dining party/table is eligible for the benefits of this Offer. The Offer is not applicable for group dining of more than 10 guests (including the eligible Member). Split bills are not allowed.

  • Blackout dates and exclusions apply and vary by participating Outlets at their sole discretion, including but not limited to festive occasions and public holidays. Please call the Outlets in advance to confirm whether they are participating in the Offer and is valid on a specific date.

  • The Offer is not applicable for breakfasts, in-room dining, minibar, banquet, meetings and conferences, existing contracted groups and events, offsite catering services, promotional packages, food deliveries via third party vendors, seasonal menus, festive products (e.g. moon cakes, gift baskets), non-food/dining spending (e.g. cigarettes, flowers, gifts, vouchers), cakes, other retail products, taxes, services charges, gratitude and other fees. Offer applies to alcoholic beverages where permitted by law.

  • The Offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotions, including credit card discounts, and team member discounts. The Offer is also not available via any online F&B 3rd-party ordering and food service delivery platforms, .

  • Offer may be applicable for reservations made through third-party reservation platforms. This does not apply in Japan where members will need to make reservations directly with the Outlets.

  • The Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, or marketed for any commercial interests. To the extent permitted by law, all interpretations of this Offer shall be at the sole discretion of Hilton and participating Outlets.

  • Bonus Points earned through this Offer may take 4 – 6 weeks to be posted into Members’ account. Bonus Points do not count toward elite tier status qualification.
